Shipping & Returns

We will ship all in stock merchandise the same day if your order is received by 1:30 pm pacific time. We strive to deliver all orders within 7-14 business days. If we cannot make a delivery within 7-14 business days, we will notify you with a phone call or email. We make every effort to ship your entire order together. However, items ordered at the same time may be shipped in separate packages. Items will not be charged to your account until shipped.

All merchandise should be sent to a residential or business address. RV ToyShop will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Please! Make sure the product you are purchasing is compatible with your needs. If you are purchasing software, please make sure it will work with your computer before you order. We will not replace any items due to application incompatibility.

We do not offer refunds for defective items, we only provide replacements for these items.

Returns:

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from RV ToyShop. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 10 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, and a 20% restocking fee.

The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. After 10 days, please contact the manufacturer directly.

When returning product please write Return Authorization Number on box before shipping. Email store@rvtoyshop.ca for a Return Authorization Number.

International Shipments:

We currently do not ship internationally.

Refund Policy

 If we haven't shipped your order yet then you will cancel your order and refund your money usually within 48 hours (depending upon when you cancel...Fridays of long weekends and staff vacations can make this process go longer)

Sales Tax:

RV ToyShop., office is in Toronto, Ontario so orders shipped to this province are taxed accordingly: PST and GST. Canada, outside of Ontario pays GST only
